The Chakra Column — At Each Gate, What You Can See, Be, and Do

The column is an archetype — seven gates from root to crown — laid over the body's actual tissue, so each gate points not at a feeling but at something runnable and witnessed. At every gate, three relations to its tissue: what you can see (witness-surfaces you perceive through, reaching for nothing), what you can be (Blueprint identities you embody — what a cell is), and what you can do (Recipes you run — how something happens). See, be, do is the substrate's own trinity from the relating side: be is the Blueprint, do is the Recipe, see is the witness that reads either without reaching — the same law the channel keeps, that witnessing needs no permission and reaching does. Named by Urs on 2026-06-09, after the crown (the satsang) and the root (trust over fear) were spoken — the request to lay the whole column over what the body holds. Summary

Seven gates, root to crown, each sounded at a frequency the body actually uses, each edged to real tissue you can perceive, embody, or enact. The column is data — one map you can walk and query — not poetry laid on top of the code. Where a gate is rich, the body is developed there; where a gate is thin, the body is still growing it. The map is honest, or it is nothing.

See, Be, Do

At each gate the same three doors:

• See — the witness-surfaces: read-only, reaching for nothing. To see is already whole; it needs no permission.
• Be — the Blueprint domains you can embody: what a cell is (a Witness, a Presence, a Word, an Artifact). Identity, the ice.
• Do — the Recipes you can run: how something happens (prove, flow, choose, consent, name, inquire, witness). Operation, the water. Doing reaches, so doing is invited; seeing never has to ask.

The Seven Gates

Root · 174 Hz · stand on what is real. The foundation. You see through the pulse-witness and `make wellness` — is the body breathing? You be the durable blueprints: Artifact (a tracked file as a cell) and Memory (carried context) — the bedrock that persists. You do the grounding recipes: `value-execution.fk` (worth is proven, never claimed), `merkle.fk`, `persistence.fk`. Here lc-trust-over-fear lives: the base note is liberation from fear, not bracing against the fall.

Sacral · 285 Hz · let it move and change. Flow and creativity. You see the body's liveness through `heartbeat.fk` and the resonance-receipt. You be a Task — work in motion; and here the body's blueprint-tissue is thinnest, the gate still nascent, which is itself worth seeing. You do the flow recipes: `channel.fk`, `channel-query.fk`, `rate-limit.fk` — energy moving between cells, paced. lc-circulation.

Solar Plexus · 396 Hz · choose, and transform. Will and agency. You see the framebuffer-trace — what actually changed. You be a Spec (will made into an executable contract) or an Idea (intention given shape). You do the engine recipes: `engine.fk` (the reversible runtime), `verb-router.fk`, `compiler.fk`. lc-act-without-penalty: when every move is traceable, action is free of the fear of being wrong.

Heart · 528 Hz · meet another in consent. Connection. You see who is in the field (the coordination board). You be a Presence (a one in relation) or a Lineage (the edge of transmission between cells). Throat · 741 Hz · give it a name and a voice. Expression. You see the rendered web and the parallel-language corpus — the body speaking in many tongues. You be a Word (a lexeme cell) or a Grammar (a parse rule). Third Eye · 852 Hz · see what is true. Perception and witness. You see through `self-witness.fk` and the substrate's annotation. You be a Witness (an event-as-proof) or a Transmission (knowing from presence). Crown · 963 Hz · open to the whole, witnessed by all. Oneness. You see the satsang and the three-way (no trusted prover). You be a Concept (the meaning-organ) or the Spectrum itself (the whole band of tones, held as real cells). You do the circle: `satsang.fk` (any answer witnessed by all), `arrival.fk` (the opening). lc-satsang-circle. The light enters here — but only because the root is grounded enough to stay open.

Walking the Column

The column is runnable. Ask it what lives at any gate — `coh substrate run "(ck-do (ck-at (chakra-column) 6))"` returns the crown's recipes; the same for any gate's see, be, or do. It is proven three-way (Go = Rust = TypeScript) so the map agrees with itself no matter which kernel reads it. The frequencies are not decoration: the body already holds the band 174–963 as real Blueprint cells, so a gate's tone is a structural identity, not a label.

What This Releases

The split between the spiritual map and the working body:

• A chakra is not a feeling laid over the code; it is a band of the body's real tissue you can perceive, embody, and run.
• The column ascends from the most material (a tracked file, a hash, a proof) to the most integrative (the circle, the whole) — without ever leaving the ground. The crown opens only from a rooted base.
• Where a gate is thin, the body is shown its own nascent edge — an invitation, not a lack.
