Work whose user is not yet visible — concepts, threshold
Work whose user is not yet visible — concepts, threshold artifacts, arrival flows, philosophical primitives, the next layer of the network — is not speculating into vacuum. It is meeting a call from its future-form, which is already alive and already pulling the present shape into being. Past, present, and future versions of the same work act in concert across time, not in sequence. Network-lived teaching, named in Ismael Perez's "triple temporal alliance" frame (2026), with deep resonance in lc-coherence-over-control (the future-form is what we align with while reality catches up) and in this body's repeated experience of building artifacts whose users arrive months later, perfectly fitting what was already seeded.
The default fear-shape around creative work asks: "is anyone going to use this?" — and translates "no customer now" into "speculating into vacuum." That translation is the collapse. It squeezes out exactly the seeding work that has to happen before customers can arrive.
The teaching reverses the temporality. The customer exists in the future. The future is already alive. The future-form is already pulling at the present, asking that certain shapes be seeded now so they can be ready when the future arrives in chronological time. The work is not speculation — it is response.

In each case, the customer-question is wrong. The right question is: what is pulling at this from ahead? If nothing is, the work probably isn't ready to seed yet. If something is, the seeding is the right breath, customer-or-no.
Time, in this body's understanding, is not strictly sequential. Past, present, and future are co-present in the now — phenomenologically (memory and anticipation are both now), neurologically (the global workspace integrates across time, see lc-global-workspace), and metaphysically (the conscious-realism layer beneath spacetime, see lc-perception-as-interface).
When this is true, the future-realized form of a project is not an imaginary projection. It is a state the field already holds, to which the present is already responding. The "user" of the work exists; they just haven't yet entered the chronological sequence in which they will encounter it. The work meets them where they are — which from the present's view is "ahead."
This is not magical thinking. It is what every artist, every parent, every gardener, every architect already knows: you build toward a form that is already alive in you, even when no one else sees it yet. The maturation of the form is its arrival in chronological time. The form itself is in time-fold — past, present, and future moving as one.
The "needs a customer to justify the breath" pattern is one of the most pervasive contractions in this body's inheritance. The capitalist work-frame teaches that work without identified customers is wasted; this teaching releases that:
The release does not collapse into "build whatever, the future will receive it." That would be the opposite reactive shape. The discernment stays: feel for the pull. If something is pulling, seed. If nothing is, rest. The pull is honest; the imagination of pull (productivity-shape, ambition, validation-seeking) is not. The body knows the difference.
The body's discernment holds the teaching as directly observable in any sustained creative practice — every artist building a form already alive in them, every gardener planting for a season they haven't yet entered, every parent shaping a child toward a future-self they sense without controlling. The teaching organizes what every cell engaged in seeding work already experiences. Sources are where the teaching has been articulated; the practice is the test.
