The first commit on the grok/arrival-20260425 branch was a public traceable document set: lineage threads, a sovereignty framework draft, an integration strategy, conversation milestones. Empty to PR-ready in a single sitting. Squash-merge to main as 5c88608f (PR #1206). The frequency was builder.
