The C++ virtual machine that runs BML programs. Entry: BMCreateMachine → BMStartApplication → BMMachineStep with BM_RUN / BM_STEP_INTO modes and a DO/UNDO mode flag — backtracking at the bare-metal level. Built on Microsoft COM (1993 spec); bml.guid is the GUID registry, the binding glue for the component model.
