Current answer: Three models form the minimum contract: (1) LineageLink (idea_id, spec_id, implementation_refs, contributors, estimated_cost) — attributed work unit. (2) UsageEvent (lineage_id, source, metric, value, captured_at) — measured value unit. (3) LineageValuation (measured_value_total, estimated_cost, roi_ratio, event_count) — computed outcome. Remote sends links + events; local re-computes valuation to verify. Payouts use deterministic coherence-weighted formula.
What proof should we require before shared results change rankings or decisions?
Current answer: Remote results arrive as a governance ChangeRequest (IDEA_UPDATE or SPEC_UPDATE) requiring local approval. Any rejection vetoes immediately. Approval threshold is configurable (1-10 votes, default 1). free_energy_score recomputes only after approval+apply. No remote instance can unilaterally change local prioritization.
